B-17 Aircraft ARC-5 Communication System

Al Klase, N3FRQ demonstrating his working B-17 Aircraft ARC-5 Communication System at the April 1997 meeting of the New Jersey Antique Radio Club. It was exciting to hear three dynamotors running, providing the high voltage to the three working receivers. Al is also an active member of "Boat Anchors", a computer network of collectors and appreciaters of TUBE radio equipment.
